We would like to apologize to anyone who has experienced issues with the “Plantlush” app. Please know that we are not affiliated with this app in any way, and therefore cannot resolve any problems you may encounter while using it.

If you’ve been affected, we recommend reaching out directly to the app’s support team or to the App Store/Google Play Store for assistance.

Do you have beginner-friendly plants?

Yes we do! We have a wide variety of plants that will fit any experience level and lighting requirements! Our go to beginner-friendly plants are always golden pothos, zz plants, snake plants, and spider plants.

Come on in and we can help fit you with the perfect plant, plus we'll walk you through the steps to take care of it!

Do you allow pets in-store?

Yes we do! We are a pet friendly community. You're welcome to bring your furry friends with you as you shop around.

Question 4

Will you ever have ___ in stock? What rare plants do you have?

Accepted Answer

We might! Unlike most plant boutiques, we go out and hand-pick all of our plants every week. Plant availability changes each week depending on what looks healthy, what’s available at the nursery, and what we can get our hands on! We can’t guarantee that anything will be restocked regularly. The best way to see if something is in stock is to visit us in-store or contact us directly.

Although, if there is a special plant you are interested in, let us know! We will do our best to source it for you! We require a deposit for special orders.

Special orders must be placed in advance.

Do you do holds?

We require a small deposit to hold common houseplants and for special orders. Special orders must be put in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not offer holds on rare plants. They are only available on a first come, first serve basis.

Question 6

What’s up with the pricing? I can buy it at [big box store] for half the price..

Accepted Answer

As a small business, we can’t afford to be buying larger bulk orders on hundreds of plant. We have to pay a little more compared to those big box stores/grocery stores that can buy larger bulk orders.

Additionally, because we only sell plants, we don’t have the luxury of making passive income for other items like groceries, power tools, or paint to help us pay rent. We pay all of our employees above minimum wage and will continue to pay our employees a living wage because that’s what ALL HUMANS deserve. Every plant purchase you make with us means so much. We could never thank our community enough 🥺🌱

What is your return policy?

All purchases are final and we do not accept any return. If you have concerns with the quality of the plant you purchased, please contact us. We take great pride in the quality of products we provide and will help troubleshoot your care.

How much would it cost to host a small get-together?
